Payment Policy

-You agree to pay for all purchase orders you place through the Website.

-If we are unable to successfully process your payment for your Order that is accepted by us, then we may notify you of dishonor and cancel your Order. 

Delivery of Products

-All orders required a physical address and must be received by the intended recipient who placed the order.  Courier Drivers reserved the rights to verify that the recipient of our products is over 19 years of age.

-We strive to deliver your order as soon as possible and adhere to the specified delivery schedule. However, during peak periods, there may be delivery delays beyond our control. We will be proactive and communicate with you as soon as we become aware of an issue.

Lost package

-If your package does not arrive within the expected time frame, please inform us as soon as possible within 7 working days of the expected delivery date. Otherwise it will affect our ability to track the package and issue any refund/replacement due.
